About the role
K Stack helps organisations shape, build and improve the systems their people rely on. As a senior full-stack developer you will work with our designers and engineers on client applications, from the first design conversations to delivery and the support that follows.
You will take features from idea to production, make sound technical decisions with the client in mind, and help the team keep a high standard of craft.
What you will do
Design and build front-end and back-end features end to end.
Shape the technical approach with designers, delivery leads and clients.
Integrate new applications with the systems an organisation already runs.
Review code, share what you know and help others grow.
Keep applications reliable and improving after launch.
What we are looking for
At least 8 years of professional experience building web applications across the stack.
Strong TypeScript or JavaScript, with depth in a modern front-end framework such as React.
Experience designing APIs and working with relational databases.
Confidence with cloud hosting, automated testing and deployment pipelines.
Hands-on experience with AI-driven development: using AI tools in your daily engineering work is expected.
Clear written and spoken communication, including with non-technical clients.
A habit of finishing things well and explaining the trade-offs you make.
Preferred
Experience building and shipping mobile applications, native or cross-platform.
